Organize your projects in collections
If you juggle several projects at once, your history can end up mixing fragments from all of them. Collections let you group the clips related to each project so you can find them quickly when needed.
You will keep each project's fragments separated and easy to find, ready to copy whenever you need them.
Step by step
Open Clipappboard
Click the menu bar icon or use your configured shortcut (Shift-Command-V by default; you can change it in the settings).
Create a collection for the project
Use the collections feature to create a collection named after the project, for example 'Proyecto Alba'. The free version includes one collection; Pro lets you create more and assign colors.
Save the relevant clips
Find a captured text or link, select it, and add it to the project collection using Organize. You can return to it alongside the other clips for that work.
Browse each collection
When you switch tasks, open the matching project's collection to see only its clips, choose Copy on the one you need, and paste with Command-V in the destination app.
Pin your most-used clips
Use pins to keep frequent texts at hand: the free version includes five pins, and Pro raises that limit.
Try it with an example
Imagine you prepare drafts for two fictional projects: you save the 'Proyecto Alba' description in its collection and the 'Proyecto Nube' notes in another. When you return to each task, you open its collection and copy the matching text.
Start with one project and one collection for free. A separate collection for each of several projects requires Pro.
